- Description
Description
Description: | CD34 is a sialomucin-like adhesion molecule expressed on hematopoietic stem cells. It is also expressed on the cell surfaces of vascular endothelial cells. Anti-CD34 antibody is used to detect endothelial cells in tissue sections in applications such as measuring blood vessel density in human tumors. It can also be used to identify and isolate CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells from bone marrow or circulating blood. |
